PEN Repair Utility

 Due to some Window Drivers, Some of our customers are facing problems with recognising the PEN in Windows Vista or Higher. Please use the utility Provided below and fix the minor issue.

Simply follow the Steps below 

1) Download the PEN Repair Utility file here.

2) Extract the file to a safe location and Locate the file MagicPEN_VistaFix.exe in PENRepair.

3) Run the utility.

 4) The utility will prompt you to insert the drive where PEN is connected. Simply Enter the drive letter in any case.

5) If the Pen requires formatting, you will get another screen to Format the PEN and Prompting you to Enter a New Disk. DO NOT Remove the PEN from the Computer. Just Press Enter.

6) System will perform necessary steps and copy relevant file automatically. Be Patient.

7) Once process is complete and you get a success message. Disconnect the PEN and Press Power Button. After 5 seconds pen will turn off sounding "Bye Bye". This means the fix has worked.
